Shipping Info

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, air transportation has been suspended.
Shipments will be made by sea.
Tracking is not available.


We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return it to us within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Please contact us at kandarivas@gmail.com within the 14-day time period for return instructions. Please reference your order number when requesting a return authorization. We reserve the right not to accept for refund any product returned.

Additional exceptions to the return policy:

You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable
Returned items must be unused, meaning you didn't wear the shirt, open the CD, try on the underwear, let your cat sleep on the hoodie, etc.
Only unopened and sealed CDs, and vinyl albums may be returned.
Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic damage on record packaging and posters, such as bent corners and cracked tape/CD covers.

・未使用、未着用、未開封に限り返品を承りますのでご注意下さい。

Your order during the suspension period will be dispatched as soon as Japan post is available.

Your order will typically ship out within 2-3 business days after it is received.

Customer is responsible for al shipping charges of returned items and re-shipping items.

*we ship the item by registered mail with tracking number of Japan Post.(International only)
*Please allow 7-14 days to receive the item. (for US)
*registered mail is totally safe, fast and trackable.

All orders will ship though the Japanese post office.
